What's Covered

  • ×Physical damage (drops, cracks)
  • ×Water ingress / flooding
  • ×Normal consumable wear (brushes, filters)
  • ×Damage from incorrect use
  • ×Unauthorised modifications
  • ×Units purchased from unauthorised resellers

How to Submit a Claim

Complete the form below

Fill in your order number, product serial number (found on the sticker under the robot), and a description of the issue. Include your preferred resolution: repair, replacement, or refund.

Receive a claim reference (within 24h)

Our warranty team will review your submission and email a claim reference number. Business hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm GMT. Claims submitted over the weekend are processed first thing Monday.

Ship the unit (if required)

For hardware defects requiring physical inspection, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Pack the unit in its original box if possible. Do not ship accessories unless specifically requested.

Repair or replacement dispatched

Repair typically takes 5–7 business days after receipt. Replacements are shipped within 2 business days of approval. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your unit or replacement is dispatched.

2-Year Hardware Warranty

All Trendora robots and dock stations are covered for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Keep Your Packaging

We recommend keeping the original box and accessories for at least 12 months in case a return is needed. Include all original accessories when shipping for repair.
