Your Trendora package includes the robot vacuum unit, a charging dock station, power adapter, one set of side brushes, one HEPA filter, one mopping pad, a cleaning brush tool, and a quick-start guide. Pro models additionally include the self-emptying dock with a dust bag installed.
Most customers complete setup in under 10 minutes. Simply place the dock on a flat surface near a power outlet, charge the robot for 3–4 hours on first use, download the Trendora app, and follow the in-app pairing wizard.
Yes. Both the Standard and Pro models support Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands. You can say 'Alexa, ask Trendora to start cleaning' or 'Hey Google, tell Trendora to return to dock' once linked through your smart home app.
Trendora is designed for all common floor types including hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, and low-to-medium pile carpets. The robot automatically adjusts suction when transitioning between surfaces. We recommend setting mopping to 'off' mode when cleaning carpeted areas.
App & Connectivity
Download the 'Trendora' app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app is free and supports iOS 13+ and Android 8.0+. It provides live mapping, cleaning history, scheduling, zone management, and firmware updates.
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz — Trendora does not support 5 GHz networks. Move your router closer to the dock during setup if the signal is weak. If connection fails, hold the Wi-Fi button on the robot for 5 seconds to reset the network settings and retry pairing.
Yes. You can operate Trendora using the physical button on top of the unit — a single press starts or pauses cleaning, and a long press returns it to the dock. However, advanced features like scheduling, zone mapping, and suction level control require the app.
Cleaning Performance
We recommend running your Trendora daily for homes with pets or high foot traffic, and 3–4 times per week for standard households. Daily cleaning keeps dust and debris from accumulating, making each session faster and more effective.
Yes. The anti-tangle main brush is specifically engineered to handle pet hair without wrapping around the brush roll. For homes with shedding pets, we recommend using the dedicated Anti-Tangle Brush Kit accessory and cleaning the brush after every 2–3 cleaning sessions.
Attach the mopping pad to the underside of the robot and fill the 400ml water tank. Set your desired moisture level (low, medium, high) in the app. Trendora will damp-mop as it vacuums. For best results, use clean water or a Trendora-approved floor cleaning solution.
Pa (Pascal) measures suction pressure. The Standard model's 1500Pa effectively cleans everyday dust, crumbs, and debris on hard floors and light carpets. The Pro's 4000+ Pa generates significantly stronger suction for embedded pet hair, fine particles, and medium-pile carpets. For homes with pets or carpets, the Pro is strongly recommended.
Maintenance
We recommend replacing the HEPA filter every 2–3 months under normal use, or every 4–6 weeks in homes with pets or allergy sufferers. A clogged filter reduces suction performance and air quality. Replacement HEPA Filter Packs (3-pack) are available in our accessories store.
Remove the brush cover by pressing the release tab on the underside of the robot. Pull out the main brush and use the included cleaning tool to remove any tangled hair or debris. Rinse the brush under cold water if needed and allow it to dry completely before reinserting.
Standard model dustbins should be emptied after every 1–2 cleaning sessions. Pro model owners with the self-emptying dock only need to replace the dock's dust bag every 30–60 days. Always empty the dustbin before long cleaning sessions to avoid performance drops mid-clean.
